Rape is when one party non-consensually engages in intercourse with another party. 2. I've been in situations where girls were so fucked up you could do just about anything with them, so I know from experience that no I wouldn't. 3. A first time rape offender should be punished very severely, someone who's raped multiple people should be punished even more severely.
