It is simply busy work, with a whole bunch of cool ass people, in a little town where everyone knows each other and they are almost ALL nice. I am a waitress there for the most part, I love it (: I get tips from this job too, but at this place we split all of our tips. Friday night I got 13 bucks (there was $90 in there but three people showed up who shouldn't have) and of course yesterday I made 16 bucks. No, everyone does everything. Mainly I waitress, but I go back and make pizzas still, appetizers, I box them up for deliveries and what not. It's ALLL teamwork, which is why I understand how tips could be split.
