I mean, some stuff happened(I don't want to explain the details, if you don't mind), but now he says we can't do anything romantic for the other, this includes holding hands, and saying 'I love you.' It makes me feel that he's treating me as a friend, instead of his girlfriend. Also, we had a fight a few days ago. He was saying that I was always leaving him just because I'm always going somewhere, most of the time I have to go to my dads. My summers are very busy. I've told him this, but he didn't believe me. He said this: "If you're always gonna leave me then why don't you just dump me." I really don't want that to happen, but I don't know what to do anymore. Sounds like he is trying to push you away, Or wanting to give you a reason to dump him.  I would talk to him about everything you have told us, and if he acts negatively I would find someone else.
