I posted a topic once before about getting BSOD. Well I downloaded AVG, Spybot search and destory and ESET. AVG said i had a core trojan. Well I hadn't gotten the BSOD since I got these. Until today. A few minutes ago, it happened AGAIN. Is there anyway to fix it or what???

Does your computer restart as soon as you see the BSOD or does it stay on the blue screen?

it stays on BSOD
when it says it's deleteing the memory, i turn it off before it gets finished

Most computer manufactures do not include the windows CD with the computer, they only include a recovery CD and or drivers CD.  Without an actual windows CD you cannot run a repair which usually fixes BSOD.

I don't have additonal CDs. Just the ones that came with this computer. I posted this on a different site once, and they said that the trojan is causing the BSOD and to get AVG and Spybot. Apparently it didn't work..... And the computer isn't even old.  I got in back in June.

The trojan may have infected one of your system files.  Without the actual windows CD you have 4 options:

Call tech support if you have it.
Run AVG again.
Restore your system to a previous restore point.
Download a copy of windows burn it to a CD and run a repair.  This however if you aren't careful could get you another virus.

Can you boot in safe mode?

I'm not sure

I posted this on another site, and they basically told me that the trojan may be gone, but where it was is still infected and that System Restore won't help [and I've not made a Restore Point].  Basically have to get someone that knows about Drives to look at it.
