Anyone else ever get so screwed up on sleep that they've been told to do this by a doctor? Ive been allowed one hour of sleep, and Im supposed to be going 32-36hrs without. In theory that should make me so exhausted that I will then collapse and actually sleep good. Im then supposed to take that night of sleep, and do it again. The two sessions will in theory get my sleep schedule back on track. If this doesnt work, Im going to kill my doctor. -- Posted by theAnomie at 1:49 pm on Oct. 29, 2008 I did that accidentally, I went clubbing, got in at 5, had work at 7 and so decided not to sleep until the following night.
