For two years now I've been bulimic. I have just started going to therapy for it and have started eating properly. And by properly I mean..several small meals of light things so my stomach doesn't feel the need to throw it up right away.
The thing is is that I am still overweight and am trying to lose it. But ever since I started eating correctly which was like two weeks ago I've lost all of one pound. Why is this? And do you think I'll start losing more weight faster the longer I do this?

it's going to take a lot of work, b/c of the damage you've done before hand... I'm slightly anorexic, so I understand... It's going to take a lot of work, but just keep at it, and you'll start losing the weight...

people dont understand, that if you eat irregularly your body will be more likely to GAIN weight, than if you eat more often.

If you eat 6 light snaacks a day, it is better for you as it gives your body enough fuel to last all day without digging into energy storage in muscles and fat.

If you eat 2-3 time a days but big meals, and u always eat at different times, your body is more likely to gain weight because of the excess calories obviously, but also because it does not know when its next meal will be.

Eating regularly is GOOD for you.
