Every single time Yankee comes back, he specifically attacks me with numerous personal insults. Just today he posted three times calling me a compulsive liar. The last time he came back he insulted me from everything from idiot to things that really shouldn't be repeated in pleasant company. He got warned numerous times last time and still hasn't learned. By the rules stated by the mods, Yank should be banned. Since he recently came back, 10 of his 12 posts were directly attacking me, most if not all including personal insults. Yankee fan was destroyed by a number of people who all proved his creation arguments were completely insane and that all he had was circular reasoning (bible=true because God said so, Bible says God wrote it). Essentially he was paraded around the forum as a complete fool with dozens of people all commenting how dumb he was. So now he's more or less on a crusade to get back at me for tearing his stupidity apart. He'll basically ignore whatever facts he wants to insult me. Livewire's moderation tends to give members a chance to correct their behavior before formal warnings are given.  The general idea is giving "due process"--- Informal>Formal>Ban.  Just because you don't think that action has been taken doesn't mean that it hasn't.  If the same behavior continues for the same offense, then a formal is issued.  If the same behavior persists AFTER the formal, then THAT is when a denial of service suggestion can be reasonably brought up. -- Posted by obvious child at 6:13 pm on Nov. 1, 2008 Except that Yankee hasn't corrected his behavior.
