like I'm 5'3 and i weigh 180 pounds i look so gross so unlike my self is it bad that i will do anything to be thin

That's a little strange. It sounds like you just want to become skinny, not anorexic. Anorexia is a disorder.

Anorexia is NOT the way to go. Diet. That means don't go on some stupid fad thing, just simply go to the gym or just go running and get exersise, and eat right.

That's for lazy people.

180 at 5'3" is fat
just cut down on caloric intake, nothing drastic and do some exercising every other day or so.

-- Posted by CarolineLouise at 5:17 pm on Oct. 30, 2008

How about you just eat good and exercise?

-- Posted by MadFishBomb at 5:17 pm on Oct. 30, 2008

It could be worse. You could weigh more than you do now.

I'm not familiar with imperial measurements (I'm 175cm and 79kg) but I don't think you're horrendously overweight at all.
Consult a dietitian if you're that concerned with your weight. And get into some high-energy sports, like skating or basketball (I do both!). They're both a lot of fun when you actually start them.

Remember: eat less, move more.

I'm sorry but the the fudge WANTS to become anorexic? Thats sick.
No offense meant by that by the way! Just get your self a nice health diet, get your self a good Mp3 player and hit the gym! It helps you think things through too!

Hm, you aren't very healthy. I suggest working out and eating healthy. Eating healthy will make your body stronger, your hair shiny and make you feel better. Dieting to the point of anorexia will do the opposite.

According to your BMI, you're currently obese. Get healthy.
