-- Posted by August Rush at 7:40 pm on Oct. 30, 2008 I am thinking about setting up a business as a sole trader and I was wondering whether its against the rules for me to exempt myself from liability through loss of service by clearly declaring that I would have limited liability for things out of my control and with the exception of negligence I would not be expected to cover damages or costs encored as a result of loss of service.
