It aint all muscle at all, no one has no fat and all muscle, no one! Loose the fat, maintain muscle. You cant really loose muscle unless you don't use them, which isn't healthy so loose your fat...

Not necessarily, it seems most doctors are aware of the flaws with BMI.

I think the "all muscle" comment was not to be taken literally, as in just mostly muscle. But it is possible to be almost all muscle and no fat; I knew a man who had 3% body fat on his entire body, and that 3% was his brain.

whats more important, your health or your sport. personally I pick sport. I'm a diabetic with bum knees who starves himself to make weight. I figure ill die eventually anyway.

I am on the husky side, but I don't intend on losing the belly, I like it and its apart of my image.
