I just got my midterm back for my law 101 class(im majoring in paralegal studies) and the midterm was basically scenarios you would be put in and the rules that they would apply to. I got an 86 which is a B+ on our grade scale. And yet my parents are like ...you could have done better..your not gonna get a job with grades like that. WTF? It's because of shit like this that makes me wanna drop out of college all together.

I hate it when parents pull that shit.

I would have shoved it in their faces and been like, "Okay, next time YOU take my test for me."

A B+ is really good. Be proud of yourself for doing that and not be bothered about what your parents think because that will get you a job

You're in college and your parents still worry about your grades? Time to tell 'em it's your responsibility.

I dont get financial aid from the nice govt, lilamae, and the only way I can get a scholarship next semester is if I am full time this year-so I cant have a job. I have to rely on students loan that pay my tuition. So the only way I can go to school and live is to be with my parents. And I care what they think cuz we have a good relationship. So yea its my responsibility-duh-some of us are nice like that.

I need to try that some time. And I hate it when they do that. I can get a 93 and they'll still say, "Eh, you could've done better" blah blah blah. 54
