How do I do it? 6ft. 135lb. I ate McDonald's almost everyday for a month a few months back to try and gain weight, and didn't gain a thing. What do I do?

Eat a lot of protein, work out to gain muscle mass.

Have 2 giant meals a day. Your metabolism will become rather shitty. And work out, why not keep that weight, and just get jacked, to be stronger and weigh more?

Even though I ate at McD's almost everyday, I can't eat very much before getting full. I can barely eat a burger before I'm full.

So then eat 2 small meals a day. See, the trick to get better metabolism is 4 small meals a day, so I would think the opposite will screw it up.
