So i'm a 16 year old female. Recently I found these diet pills, about four days ago, and started taking them because I'm tired of thinking i'm fat. I weighed 128lbs and i'm five foot two. I am, technically, in the 80th percentile for weight, meaning I weigh more than 80 percent of the people my height. Here's what i've eaten the past four days Day one: Nothing. Felt kind of sick and full all day Day two: string cheese stick,half a 'hot ham and cheese' sandwich and a small orange Day three- Was a pig. String cheese stick, ham, cheese and bacon school lunch (grilled and without eating crusts), some fries, and about 1/3 of a small orange, then for dinner I had 5 small pieces of kielbasa and some alfredo (my mom made me eat it, kind of) Today- Nothing. drinking a 220 calorie amp energy drink. So far i'm just kind of tired. I don't feel hungry or anything. and how can I keep my mom from noticing if I don't have dinner? I was thinking just make it and throw it out when she's not there watching me. ALSO, side note, I'm only doing this until I drop about ten to fifteen pounds.. Well..thirteen right now. So i am 110lbs. Last weigh in- today. Weight- 123.5lbs.

you know that taking diet pills before pubety is over can seriously mess you up right?

Good luck for that. As for the dinner thing; either make it and throw it out or go out at dinner time (like for a walk or whatever and say you got something to go)

You binged because you were starting to deprive your body of food. Taking diet pills will work for a while, but after a while they just stop working. I know, I have tryed, Its sucked. Go out and exersize, eat dinner just make sure its not high in calories and has vegies in it.
