Race simply describes the difference in the colors of our skin, hair, and other physical features. However, since there is virtually no difference between us besides the amount of melanin in our skin (we all started out as one color in the beginning, and as human beings migrated skin colors began to change due to the amount of sun and temperature in different locations), it is simply something created by man.
