There is no "white" race, unless you have some bizarre arbitrary definition of white or race, due to the fact that in different geographical areas, white people descend from different ancestors entirely.

european mostly. Phenotypes or people display layout of regions. example: nordics: blonde, blue eyes, Southern europeans, Black hair, olive skin, dark eyes
Looks White (reference to the above races), Acts White (reference to White culture), IS WHITE.

The groups you mention DONT look like each other.
They look more alike than they do to other races.
People whose ancestors resided in Europe
What about the Lapps?

You saying this guy isn't white?

You saying this guy isn't white?
Yes.
The Lapps are ancient MONGOLOID reindeer herders - not even caucasoid.
I believe the above man has mixed, due to most Lappish people being mixed, sadly.
Here's a picture of the average Lapp from Coon (you know, that guy that defines Armenoid for you):

There is no such thing as race. Race simply describes the difference in the colors of our skin, hair, and other physical features. However, since there is virtually no difference between us besides the amount of melanin in our skin (we all started out as one color in the beginning, and as human beings migrated skin colors began to change due to the amount of sun and temperature in different locations), it is simply something created by man.
You might find this interesting. Perhaps you're confused with ethnicity?

Race exists due to genetic differences among humans.
Masatoshi Nei and Arun K. Roychoudhury have proven that the average British man is, genetically, 0.133% different from the average Nigerian - yet 0.002% different from the average German and 0.005% from the average Finn.
