I am not promoting eating disorders because they are terrible. But a few years ago I went on a crash diet where I ate 500 calories for 2 months and walked. I went from 170 pounds to 132 pounds in 2 months. That is near 40 pounds in 2 months with barely any exercise. I am looking to lose 50 pounds in 2 months...maybe 45. I know I can do it because I have lose almost that much in 2 months WITHOUT heavy exercise. Why do people lie and say it's "impossible"? If I have to hear how it will "slow my metabolism down" one more time I am going to SCREAM. I get it, eventually it DOES slow your metabolism down but that doesn't mean if I exercise hard and restrict my calories, I can't lose 50 pounds in 2 month. Especially since I AM overweight. It annoys me when people say that.

I'd also like to add that I am NOT 132 trying to lose 50 pounds. Last year I gained weight due to medication I was on. I am 180 pounds.

No I wasn't. I didn't know 500 calories was too low I mistook my doctor for sayng 500 calories when he said 1500 calories. But it worked. And being I gained weight again due to fucking PAXIL I am willing to do whatever to lose it again.

LOL. Impossible to do that HEALTHILY. Your going to die an early death and your body is going to get you back for doing all that. When it does slow your metabolism because my assumption your thinking thats far away from now, which is not true. due to how teens NEED their calories fats nutrition to function properly, your probably going to have a lot of problems when your older because your liver may not grow correctly etc.

Don't take my advice. I am not planning on dieting like this forever. Just until 2 months is over then I will slowly raise my calories to a healthy level. Don't go too far.

^ Basically agree with that As of the sounds of the thing I think that your body has switched into eating itself. WHICH is really fucked up, and if you have been doing that for two months I'd really suggest you to get medical attention, ASAP. The human body can take around 6 weeks without any nutritions..... some have made it up to 8 weeks in worst case scenario.

25 pounds a month for only 2 months isn't that much. Especially if I add slowly, more calories when I am done.

25 pounds as a permanent weight loss is huge. If you lose a lot of weight in fluids etc is then it's a piece of cake.. even though that too will take a toll on the body.

Well of course for someone who is already thin, 25 pounds is huge. To someone who is heavy like me, it isn't huge. In fact, I wouldn't even look that different if I lost 25 pounds. That is why I believe it is possible to lose 50 pounds in 2 months. Because I am 180 pounds. If I were like 120 I would say hell no.
