I was supposed to get it for my 18th birthday, but we went to Best BUy and they ran a credit check. They wouldn't let us have the phone without an $800 deposit, because my dad has an old bill from yeears ago floating around somewhere, thanks to my mom.

It just.. sucks. Ugh. And we can't afford to pay the deposit on top of the phone fee.

And I really don't get it, because we have our home phone service with at&t, and we've been paying on time for about two year with them.

I know it's stupid, but I'm really disappointed.

Ugh. Fuck at&t. Fuck them to shit!

Go to an AT&T store. They have the ability to actually help you, where as Best Buy only has the ability to bring up an internal website and make an attempt at ordering it.

If you dont have an AT&T store, call their service line.
