What do you believe is the point of the existence of anything (if you believe it has a point at all)? And, religious people, don't just answer "Because of God" or something like that, because God, if he exists, also falls into the "all" category. So, there is your question.

There is no point. Sad but true. There are some things that make it all worth it, but mostly life's shit, then you die.

i wonder the same thing, i dont know, im religious so i would be the one to day god, but i also think it has something to do with evolution, and then i wonder about the world, and the galaxy, and everything else, we are just to small to figure out the entire universe, when you figure it out let me know.

I would say it, but you'd get mad...

Just a note: I wasn't referring to the point of life of an individual, but the universe as a whole.

purpose of the universe = produce a life form that is aware that the universe even exists (humans). animals do not fall into this category. purpose of humans = to achieve happiness within his/her place in the universe. unfortunately most people cannot find sustainable happiness in their lifetime.

I think the purpose in life is to succeed and do what you want to do, but ultimately what God has planned for you...for he brings ultimate happiness, more than anything you would want.
