Upgrade to at least 250 and have OSX installed. Mine came with a 250 GB HDD... What you could do is if you cleaned out your computer of useless junk, restart your computer. This seems to solve most of my problems. lol. But if that doesn't work, use this program named Onyx. It's a free download from Apple's site and it can optimize your computer. That should be a last resort though because you can screw your computer if you don't use it correctly.
