-- Posted by TeaPotHead at 7:32 pm on Nov. 6, 2008 So recently i've decided to work towards being involved in the rasta faith, by changing my diet, praying, investing in a copy of the new testimant, reading about what it means to be rasta and about hallie selassi and so on i told my boyfriend about my new faith and he mocked me, saying hallie selassi was a nice guy sure, but just cause a bunch of pot heads think he's jesus doesn't mean i should take his words so seriously. i like the message of the rasta faith, why is it always so discredited? why can't Ras Tafari be jesus? cause he's black? cause he smokes the herb? cause he doesn't have magical powers? Christianity has 2.1 billion (although i think thats a little high) Jesus trancends time and space and culture.
