I'm a female, 16, and 5'2". I have a girlfriend. I used to weigh 128. I weigh 118 now. I also have a little problem. The past 9 days I have been dieting pretty badly. I've lost 10lbs. I've been taking diet pills. I just want to be thin. I just want to weigh 110. Or 100. Then i'll stop. It's been three days since I last ate more than a lollipop. But...My girlfriend keeps telling me she's worried. Telling me to just eat a little bit..even a couple bites of a sub...so nothing bad happens to me.. I feel really bad...but i'm too scared to eat. Too scared that if i eat I will gain all the weight back..and be fat again.. I can't stand the chunkyness I used to have and now that it's halfway gone..I'm scared to stop dieting. Scared it will come back. I don't want to hurt her.. I just want to be thin.. I don't know what to do..

Girl, you need to eat. For the sake of your HEALTH and the happiness of your girlfriend. You're beautiful the way you are. Losing weight doesn't mean "INSTANT BEAUTY" Besides, health and happiness is more important than beauty and looks.

I think you should eat something and who says that you cant be a bit chunky? I know how you feel though I hate feeling like Im fat just please please eat something

Just eat and work out. So instead of being just thin, you'll be fit.

You can not not eat forever. And as soon as you start, your going to gain ALL that weight back. What your doing right now is POINTLESS. EAT right, healthy cut out junk. and EXERCISE regularly will take longer, but will actually work for more than a few weeks if you stick with it.

Hello Hun. I understand that you feel pressure about having that body weight but a thing you have to understand is that the way you are doing will only end up bad. You'll either gain the weight back once you eat or provoke yourself some type of disorder/health complication that might be life threatening. What you really need to is diet in a way that goes according to the necessities of your body, exercise and take it little by little. Change your behaviors and patters of eating and gradually you can change your weight. I'm sure you don't want to make this effort just to end up realizing what a mistake it was. The best suggestion I could make is go eat something now, then make an appointment with your doctor and discuss the best way to act. Seriously you don't want to have an eating disorder and right now you can get help before it get's worst. Personally your weight doesn't seam that bad to me but each person is different. I'm sure you are beautiful and I just hope that with some work and perseverance you understand this. Get some help and get healthy. I admire your determination but the way you are doing is just no the right way. Good luck and take care. :)
