So the main idea that brought me and my boyfriend together was that we both shared similar views and acts to food. And now it's got to the point where we contribute to each others bad behaviour. Our general conversation usually begins: "Just dinner to miss now" or something along those lines. I really like him and it seems to me that he's doing it for the same reasons as me and we are on the same wave with hatred to food. But I'm a whole lot deeper in acting upon it and stuff. What do i do/ say? Is anyone else in this position? comments?

I don't exactly get what you're asking. How people can hate food is beyond me.
