i'm cooking some soup for dinner, what do you think of this, would you eat it? It has beef, onion, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, tomatoes, and spices and such. I think it sounds good, and it's cold here, so it'll be perfect. thoughts?

I am not really a beef person, what about turkey? I don' thave that though, all i ahve is beef, so i had to improvise. I think turkey would be the best in it, though... because it absorbs flavor the best.

I don't like beef, but it sounds lovely without or with chicken.

Turkey is healthier, as well, and i like the texture it gets when you saute onions with it.

It is! we are getting more soon, we just have to wait because of money... so i use what we have and try to make things work. like making this soup, i can stretch trips to the store by doing things like this, and save us money.

Chea! I was thinking maybe apple muffins for dessert tonight, though... cause we don't have anything to make corn bread.
