I need some help. Lately i have been feeling very down in the dumps. like for the past 3 weeks maybe?
I am very depressed i guess.
The problem is that i dont know why i am depressed.
Its really weird. i just feel very sad, tired, i dont want to do anything, and i feel like i need to talk to someone, but i dont know what to say.
sometimes i feel like i am just going to cry for no reason.
Any idea why i an depressed?

People fall into funks occasionally.  When I do I just sleep alot, and eventually I get out of it.

Well you don't always need a reason to be depressed. Some people just get depression for no reason, while others get it because something bad/upsetting happened.

Sometimes it is chemical and sometimes there is a trigger. If anything stressful has happened to you in your past then that might be the cause, even if it happened when you were a toddler (i.e sexual/ physical abuse) or even severe bullying.

I doubt you are severely depressed, you probably have moderate depression at the most, especially in this early stage, though it still feels horrible and is hard to deal with.
You need to find somebody that you get help from, like a teacher, parent, family friend or doctor and take simple steps to regulate blood sugar like avoiding sugary drinks as much as possible, especially at night time, and getting at least 8 hours sleep if you can.
PM me if you have any more questions x. I know what you're going though.
