see, i love my mom. but every time she talks to me i can't help but get angry at her, even if she's just asking me how's my day going. as a result, i say things to her i don't really mean thus making her cry thus making me more annoyed. we'll stop talking and i'll await the cycle for the next day.

Try to be more understanding instead of turning into a bag of douche whenever she talks to you? Maybe?

I used to be like that with my mom, we've had so many issues with each other over the years that I had built up an attitude towards her no matter what we were talking about. But I finally realized how I was acting and that it wasn't right, I had many talks with her about us both changing and now I'm on a pretty good level with her. You just have to try really hard to break the habit, even though I know it seems impossible.
