Like drawing those things. I know some are poster edges, cut out, etc, but I wanna know about the designs. How do I make them?  Like the lines near the bird and behind the ice cream?

And how do I make that pop art kinda pics, Like the ones of the two girls?  Line art? What's a good tutorial for it??

And things like that in General. Link me to some rock ass tutorials. I'll transfer points! Please!

Well there all vector images that look like they've been drawn with a Wacom.

So buy a nice tablet with an air brush and your on your way.

Adobe Illustrator is much better-suited toward that sort of thing than Photoshop. So much so that you should probably not bother trying to do it with Photoshop.

(edit)I've heard Inkscape is a good free alternative.

You don't.  It's vector art.

Most of that stuff looks like it was done with a tablet, get one and play with it a lot, I think that's the best way you can learn.

I have on but still. What do I do with a Table? Like Pen tool or what?

People normally sketch them out by hand and then scan them, Like someone above Adobe Illustrator is better suited to that type of thing but the pen tool in Photoshop should be just fine if you can master it.

Jeez people, Can someone actually help me with some ideas of things I could do on photoshop and how?

Most of that is vector art with photoshop filters and tricks.  Its all much easier to do in Adobe Illustrator then import it into photoshop for a few added details.  Its also much easier if you have a nice stylus.
