Oh and 1+ -- Posted by Hi Carie at 9:55 pm on Nov. 11, 2008 According to the box, you should contact poison control immediately. you are at risk of serious liver damage, among other things. please contact someone/go to the hospital if this is true. -- Posted by greatescape at 9:57 pm on Nov. 11, 2008 Paracetamol is just ibuprofen.  9000 mg is way too much.  3500ish mg is really the max dose you want to take.  I would watch for signs of potential ibuprofen OD....that would include: Eyes, ears, nose, throat, and mouth Ringing in the ears Blurred vision Gastrointestinal Diarrhea Heartburn Nausea Stomach pain (possible bleeding in stomach and intestines) Vomiting Kidneys Little to no urine production Lungs Breathing - difficult Breathing - slow Wheezing Nervous system Headache Agitation Incoherence (not understandable) Confusion Coma Drowsiness Seizures Dizziness Unsteadiness So on and so forth.... I do. I took 250+ pills when I had a suicidal outbreak over a year ago. and I'm still here. I did throw up a bit, but I'm sure I didn't throw all of them back up. I'm sure you'll be fine. You really need to go get your stomach pumped. I believe 10,000mg is the LD50 for your average adult male and you are at 9,000. Get your ass to the hospital. And if you think it will just wear off, liver failure takes a few days to register usually within 72 hours.
