Here it is: "A veces siento que no te importo no tienes porque hacerlo si no quieres" I've figured out: "Sometimes I feel that you don't care" (no tienes porque hacerlo) "if you don't want to" I just can't figure out how the middle is supposed to fit in there without any punctuation.
