I bite myself when I'm stressed. It helps. But friends tell me to stop that its not good for me. It doesn't hurt thought. And it does help...

I tend to punch stuff, bite my lip, grind me teeth, listen to music and take it out on those around me In no particular order And oh yeah...Moan like a little bitch

I do it too >> Only I stopped when I broke the vein in my hand >> I broke skin too and now have horrible scars that wont go away.. I'll probably end up starting up again though..

I can't recall ever biting myself =] I'm sure I would remember such an event. Music works wonders for me. Venting is always good. If u keep every lil thing bottled up it's going to be much harder when u break. Even jotting down ur feelings can be helpful. Make notes of things u want to change and focus ur attention on achieving ur goal. Don't think about the bad - think of the good.
