To keep your mind off food. I need something to do. Food stays on my mind all the time and I'm dieting and I can't eat anything so please give me something to do or anything to keep my mind of of food.

go for a walk...call a friend....read a book....take a shower....pamper urself eg. shave, facials, nails etc....exercise...

Dieting doesn't mean you can't eat anything. I hope you're going about this diet in a healthy way.

drinking lots of water gets you feeling full. but food will always be a necessity so you can't really get away from it lol
