I take it and have a bottle of it right next to me. now, regarding your question OP, I'm guessing since you want to hide it from your mom that means you're abusing it? and not taking it for anxiety? because if you're wondering how long it lasts for anxiety, the way you're supposed to use it and the reason I take it, it lasts about 6 hours.
