Jayden's dad and I haven't spoken in like 3 months since I got sick of him always blowing Jayden off when he was supposed to watch her. And in the last week his sister (my best friend Ellison) has been saying that he's been wanting to see Jay again. And I've been agonizing over what to do... because I don't want to deny him from seeing her but I don't want to start this whole cycle over again where he only comes around when it's convenient for him to play daddy. Well today I left a message for him saying if he's serious about wanting to see her on a REGULAR basis then to call me, and I left the ball in his court. And he just called me back and we talked a bunch of stuff out and he's agreed to start off with having both of us come over to his house for an hour each Tuesday, and slowly work up from there to him having Jay alone for 3 or 4 hours 2 or 3 days a week. He'll be missing out on being apart of a great kid otherwise.
