Yeah, I had a meeting with them and they have accepted to give me grants for collage and uni =] Said I will probbaly be an officer by the time I'm 22-23. Cause of my qualities =]

I was thinking about it a few years ago when considering career options, but to be a doctor in the RAF (and to get the scholarship) I would have to be a British citizen, of which the process takes quite a long time and isn't cheap. Some also needed to be born in the country, so that would have thrown that option out the window.

Well done. You must have some smarts to get in there. I don't want to be in the RAF (or the RAAF downunder ). I like to keep my feet dry and on the ground.

My mum was a nurse in the RAF... she wants me to join up when I finish my A levels so that they will pay for uni. However, I am a pacifist and could never be part of the hideous machine.
