would you consider it embarrassing and pathetic for a 19 year old male who has severe anxiety to still be living at home with his dad and step-mother? but also while at home he's working on things to get him a scholarship to a very good college.

no way.

youre working on things, its not practical for you to have your own place!

Why didn't you work on getting the scholarship when you were in high school?

no, I know very few 19-yr olds who have moved out, unless their in a dorm.

Why didn't you work on getting the scholarship when you were in high school?

anxiety and depression got in the way and I was just focused on graduating.

No, most 19 year olds that aren't away at college still live at home almost all the people I've met at my community college still live at home because they can't afford their own place.
