On my penis, I have little bumps. They are all very small, but some have puss in them. They don't come to a head, like a zit or anything, but some are white, and can be squeezed. I am not sexually active, and I'm a virgin, so I'm fairly certain it's not a STI/STD. I also practice VERY good hygiene, and I know they are not small pimples.

Where on the penis are they, what color, etc?

Bottom part of the shaft. Most are skin colored, some are white.

It sounds like ectopic sebaceous glands to me, which are totally normal. Look them up, see if it looks like what you have. But I'm no doctor, so I still think you should ask them about it to be sure, as much as you might not want to. Edit - oops sorry didn't see your post before I answered. I can't lock it (new mod).
