They don't come to a head, like a zit or anything, but some are white, and can be squeezed. I am not sexually active, and I'm a virgin, so I'm fairly certain it's not a STI/STD. Look them up, see if it looks like what you have. But I'm no doctor, so I still think you should ask them about it to be sure, as much as you might not want to.
