In any event, I wish I knew why they restrict church going.   All I can speculate is that perhaps they think religion warps peoples mind and don't want their daughter to end up another mindnumb religious zealot who can't think past the bible. This isn't something that is detrimental to her health or well-being, so I don't think it's that big of a deal. She can always self-educate, and pray on her own. But honestly...I don't really blame her parents. Yes, I belive in God, and believe Jesus is our savior....but truthfully, I'm not seeing God in church as of recent. All I see is hate, ignorance, fear, and greed. It's scary.
