Of course, I don't live under a rock. Ubuntu is alright, but I think it's slightly overrated. Fedora is a lot better for one.

Yea. I like Ubuntu more, but my lady finds Kubuntu easier to use than Ubuntu because the layout appears familiar to her since it looks like Windows.

I downloaded and installed Ubuntu a while back and used it for a bit but I got tired of having to turn off my computer to go back on windows...

You could download and install some kind of 'virtual pc' software to run both at the same time.

This machine does also. This one I'm on is the shittier of the two. Where the other machine is about eight months old and in use, this VAIO I'm using has been around since 2002. Is where I do my gaming except for some game that demand more power.
