Weight watchers is rubbish. I am on the Slimming World diet and it is brilliant. I am eating all the time and still loosing weight.

Stick to the plan, the first couple days are going to be hard if it's a drastic change from what you're use to but don't literally starve yourself.
You know your body better than us.

It's a common error to think that as soon as you start eating food again, you're going to get fat.

This is not true.

It takes months of eating poorly to gain enough weight to even look noticeable.

If you start eating again but make sure you eat healthy food you don't even need to worry about getting fat.

Diets don't work. You just need to eat healthier and exercise.

There are studies that show that diets don't work - and even after people have dieted, they tend to put more weight on than when they started.

Is this an official thing or are you on your own? Because if it's official, then you need to talk to representative about it and see what they say.

My mother did Weight Watchers and lost 50 pounds on it. You have to do it the RIGHT way, and you have to not let yourself slip up or else that's why it goes wrong. If you diet, you have to stick with it pretty much your entire life or you will put that weight back on. It isn't a one time thing, it's a lifestyle change, that's why diets fail. People think if they diet, then they'll lose the weight and bam, they can eat whatever again, but you have to keep the diet going if you want to keep the weight off.

Weight watchers actually has a pretty good rep for being consistent.
It helps you to make healthy food choices for LIFE not just to go back to your old habbits as soon as you get to your goal weight

Anyway
Weightwatchers and starving yourself will not work nd is not healthy
Definetly stick with the weightwatchers
