It has come to my attention that some of my friends believe that I pressure them into doing things (like smoke, use drugs and drink) All I do is say that I want to do something and ask if anyone will be joining me. They say that I "set a standard that some of them feel they have to follow"... bitches. This came when I jokily made one of my friends smoke properly (she usually only smokes my butts) and was trying to teach her how to blow smoke rings... everyone but her went off on me that I was forcing her into ruining her body and that I shouldn't try to drag her down to my 'level'. Grr, have I actually done anything wrong?

Maybe just don't bring it up. Like, if you're going for a smoke, just say, "Be back in a minute." These friends you quoted obviously don't want anything to do with it, so I'd just leave it alone.

Your friends need to chill. My friends keep trying to pressure me into NOT smoking. Needless to say, I don't give into peer pressure.

No, it was her choice not yours. They're just over-reacting.
