Depends on the level of necrosis. If it's like a small brown recluse bite, the dead flesh may be replaced with live cells over time. If it's massive, you're screwed.

Well you can't breathe life back into dead tissue, anything that's died will have to be surgically removed. Some tissues have amazing regenerative power, some tissues are not vital for life, some tissues are.
