It is believed that he copied 5 of the 15 pages in the paper, although not all of it, a significant amount was copied. Five straight apges. He failed the class and was forced to take it again. Bad character or ignore it and say, "Everyone does stuff like that, makes a few mistakes." The only reason her even made it was because his dad was an Admiral. Back on subject: It just plain doesnt matter. Yes, it shows bad character. Politicians are full of all of that. Its been so long though, it really doesnt mean hes dumb, or incompetent. The man is a career politician.
