My psychologist wants me to write down my thoughts and feelings throughout the day. what is she looking for if i do this?

just do it trust me allot of the things you do will help you weather you understand why or not in the long run you will figure it out i love going to my psycologistt she always knows what i should do to help she has me write poems and stuff but i think all yours looking for is a piece of paper with a summery of things

Basically. Whatever you want and however you want. You can do it in picture forms or poetry or just a scramble of words or like a diary entry. It's your thought book, express how you feel in any way in there.
