So one thing I learnt recently: If you exercise by doing push-ups, you're not getting rid of the fat around your belly, but you're just forming muscle underneath the fat. So, what do I do to get rid of the fat on top of the muscle? I eat properly by the way, and NEVER go to any fast food restaurants. Salads all the time, 3 tangerines and 1 apple every day. What can I do?

Exercise your whole body instead of focusing on one thing. Run, jog, walk, swim, bike, etc.

Eat a bit less and exercise a bit more and go easy on the fructose.

From what I've heard, the only way to get rid of that belly fat is to reduce all the fat in your body. There's no way to target one area like that. :/

I do. A lot. 3 hours straight of football on Sundays, plus 3 hours spread out, in school. And I'm always running around doing chores and stuff.

Sit-ups help, but there was this work out aid I saw that you wear and it targets that area and you're SUPER buff after you use it for a little bit.

It is impossible to lose weight in only spot on your body. Why does no one accept this?
