How many times do you actually train a week? I've been training for a year now. I train 3-4 times a week. I stay extremely fit. I like to feel good about myself so I stay in shape. I can bench press about 210 pounds, 10 reps. Which is pretty good I worked hard for it lol. ! Guys or Girls can answer this ! How many times do you train a week?!

5days a week at a gym, 2 days a week playing rugby. I don't work and I'm between college and uni so I can for this year. A lot less next year methinks.

i'm a cc skiier, and when there's snow, my team practices 2-3 times a week, 4 months of the year

No I take protein shakes in the morning sometimes. The best thing after training is a nice Apple or Orange to suck up all your energy back :)

i train for track a week 6 days running 2 days abs 1 day racing 2 days doing something like biking or skiing or surfing or soccer
