My boyfriend keeps asking me what I want...I want jewelery but I don't want to sound like he has to spend every last penny he's got. Is it wrong to ask for jewelery? He bought me a diamond necklace 2 weeks into us dating...well, for my birthday...So i dunno if it's wrong.

Sure, tell him what you want to have. I mean it wouldn't be wrong because it's what YOU want.

I don't think it would be terrible, just tell him nothing too expensive. How about you set a budget for how much you both can spend on each other, gift wise. At the same time ask him what he wants as well, it would just look better that way
