Are you saying if you call their call centers abroad from the USA they don't allow you to speak the native language of the call centre? That's pretty stupid. Can French ppl ask questions in French to Microsoft's help line locatd in France? I'm pretty sure they can. Anyway English is like a second language in the Philippines.
