...what do you do? I'm really worried about something, and I'm really anxious, but I need to calm down kind of...immediately, soo.

Deep Breath.
Count to ten.
Scream into a pillow.
Hit a pillow.
Work out for a bit/just run somewhere.
Go for a walk.

Take deep breathes, slowly.  Nothing is worth stressing over.  Think this.
