The only thing I can think about is harming myself. I am completely one-sided... dead, already. How the hell do I get out. (Medication, finding things I love to do, and eating/sleeping properly are all in effect.) I just feel like crap, and I'm so close to not caring if I were to "accidentally" kill myself. Actually, I'm almost certain that would be wonderful.

Do anything but harming yourself. you can even go as far as to spend time with people, sleep, journal or draw, even draw on your skin. Call someone (for example a hotline) or find a website that can help you not injure. its going to take will power.
