When you PM someone, you should expect a response so if you don't want a response, don't PM the person! I just had some noob PM me, run her mouth, and then when I responded she said, "You're so immature, I'm tired of your annoying PMs!" and then blocked me because she wanted to be the "mature" one. So what was the point? She PMed me to insult me, didn't respond, and then blocked me.  But, yeah...if you're too scared to actually continue on, don't bother PMing anyone. It's just the internet kiddies, if you can't take it, shut up and ship out. Fin.
