I have really sensitive skin, and it gives me eczema...(sp?). Anyway, it can be controlled with steroids and emoliants...i try and keep it under control, it's hard tho. But I've started getting it on one of my fingers. I put steroids on it and made it go away, but now these bumps have appeared. They kinda feel like spots, but they're full of clear liquid and they really hurt. Does anyone know what these might be.
