And can cause psychotic and schizophrenia. Is this all wrong. It's called that because you dip a cigarette in a vial of PCP and smoke it. It makes you violent and can make an individual act as if they were drunk. That's why it's so hard for cops to take down a drunk or a sherm addict.  They feel dulled pain and get back up every time they fall.
